1. Client-Side Only Calculations
InvoBill operates on a strict Zero-Knowledge Privacy Architecture. All invoice calculations, tax computations (CGST/SGST/IGST), customer profiles, item lists, and PDF renders execute 100% inside your browser's local memory or device storage.
We do not upload, read, store, or sell your customer list, financial turnover, or billing records to any remote server or third party.
2. Data Storage & Local Persistence
Draft invoices and settings are saved locally on your device via localStorage or desktop SQLite WASM. You retain 100% ownership and control over your data.
You can clear your local data at any time by clearing your browser cache or executing 1-click CSV exports.
3. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect optional 3rd-party integrations (such as Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Gmail, Notion, or Tally), API tokens and credentials are used solely to fulfill your requested actions.
